David Sutton makes all the cider in the Cidery from fresh apples either grown on his orchard or purchased from local orchardists. Both cider apples and dessert apples are used to make the cider which is naturally fermented without the addition of sugar or flavourings. Two kinds of carbonated cider are available; the Draught Cider is a full bodied dry cider while the standard Cider has some residual sweetness to suit those who like their cider a little less dry. Our cider is made in small batches, therefore each batch will have different characteristics which are dependent on the apples and the individual season.
